The latest Philadelphia Weddings Editor’s Choice Award goes to the Kimmel Center! The Kimmel Center is regularly used as a performing arts center, but doubles as a beautiful wedding venue. Gina advises that “Neutral décor and a color scheme that is pleasing to the eye will allow couples to bring their personal aesthetic to the wedding. No one wants to compete with bold carpets or busy wallpaper!” The Kimmel Center is unique yet customizable for any type of couple.
Since the venue is so customizable, Gina has seen many different wedding styles. Recently, she has seen couples use mixed media and different textures used in decor. Softer features such as feathery grass and lightweight linens can be used to accentuate the modern aesthetic of Hamilton Garden.
